Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods for secure shopping in our online shop:

Purchase on account and payment by instalments is processed via Klarna AG.

Credit cards: VISA, Master Card and American Express

Crypto: Various cryptocurrencies are accepted as means of payment (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and many more).

TRILLON: When paying with TRIL, an additional processing fee of 15% will be charged. Delivery will be made after the transfer of Trillant to our bank account.

PayPal

To protect your data from unauthorised access by third parties, we use tested encryption technologies. With the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and 3D Secure procedures, all order and credit card data is transmitted to us in encrypted form and, of course, treated confidentially.

Purchase on invoice

Order conveniently on invoice and pay the invoice amount within 30 days after receipt and inspection of the goods. You will receive the invoice exclusively by e-mail. A duplicate invoice can be downloaded easily at any time via My Account. GALLUST BEAR GmbH reserves the right to obtain credit checks on the customer and may forward customer data to third parties for this purpose. In the event of late payment, interest on arrears of 5% per annum plus reminder fees of CHF 25.00 will be charged. In the event of late payment, GALLUS BEAR GmbH is also entitled to assign the claim to a third party or to instruct a debt collection agency, at the customer's expense.

Shipping

You can have your order delivered with the following service:

Switzerland/Lichtenstein: SwissPost PostPac shipping costs = CHF 10.00. From a goods value of CHF 400.00 the delivery is free of shipping costs.

EU: DHL Express shipping costs = EUR 49.00. From a value of goods of EUR 1'600.00 the delivery is free of shipping costs.

all other countries: DHL Express shipping costs = EUR 79.00. From a value of goods of EUR 1'800.00 the delivery is free of shipping costs.

Customs duties and taxes for deliveries abroad: Please note that customs duties and taxes for import into the destination country are not included in the price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient!

Experience shows that the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days in Switzerland and 2 to 4 working days in Europe, worldwide and the USA. As soon as your items leave our headquarters, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with the tracking number, which you can use to track the shipping status of your delivery online. Please note that the tracking number only becomes active when it is recorded and updated by the shipping service provider. Therefore, if the number does not work immediately, please try again at a later time. Registered customers can also view the status of their order via their customer account (My Account).

If there are any unscheduled delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.

Returns: The costs for any returns are to be paid in full by the customer.
